Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Mi Kamcha Yisroel raffle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees and immediate family members of Mi Kamcha Yisroel are not eligible to participate.

3. Raffle Entry

Each ticket purchase constitutes one entry into the raffle. The ticket price is determined by a random number assignment (1-500). All sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Prizes

Prizes are as described on the raffle page. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Mi Kamcha Yisroel reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

6. Privacy

Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for raffle administration and winner notification. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mi Kamcha Yisroel is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues beyond our reasonable control.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
